This turbine has 3 systems to work with. One is 200 kWhour/day system where daily consumption of a petrol station has a good saving each month in electric bills. Electric price in Turkey has multiple tariff system where batteries are charged with cheap electricity in the night and supported all the time when there is wind by 2 wind turbines (1 more to added later)which are very silent and neighbor friendly. It has a 40 kVA invertor with some special extras for charging etc. making 3 phase(380 Volts) 220 Volt AC (50 cycles). The system makes it ideal also where non interrupted power supply is required like hospitals etc..
The second system is bigger and utilize both wind and solar PV panels. It has 7 wind turbines and 30 x 12 Volt PV panels charging batteries. This system is going to be used soon in an animal farm near Izmir. It is designed to have 800 kWhour a day consumption with a 120 kVA 3 phase AC. The system has soft start frequency convertors in front of the motors. For motors which are more than 3 kW, so that the invertor is able to carry high start-up currents of the motors without any difficulty.
Both systems are expected to pay back between 4-5 years, even less, depending on the savings made from the electricity cuts where extra savings are made by not running the diesel generator.
To use the turbines for heating water for central heating or hot water use is an alternative to battery charging. The unique design of the high voltage Neodmyium PMG 2000 Watt wind turbine with 2 rotor and 2 stators makes it very suitable to produce electricity at very low turns.
It is silent very robust build against the winds of 80 km/hour with over 100 km/hour gusts has been tested several years and improved with success.
